Bilingual Afternoon Distribution Lead (English required)

Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
What You’ll Do
As the Afternoon Distribution Lead, you will support the smooth and accurate flow of outbound shipments while working hands-on alongside the warehouse team. You will help ensure that freight leaves on time, safety standards are upheld, and team members are supported throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
Oversee the accurate picking, checking, and loading of outbound orders for regional locations and customers.
Ensure all shipping documentation, freight routing tasks, and loading procedures are completed properly.
Prepare accurate Bills of Lading for outbound trucks.
Confirm transport vehicles are loaded safely and ready for scheduled departures.
Monitor daily outbound orders to ensure on-time processing and shipment.
Lead and support warehouse associates through hands-on involvement in daily tasks.
Coordinate staffing and workflow to maintain consistent productivity.
Provide training, guidance, and reinforcement of best practices.
Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems to manage picking and shipping processes.
Review operational reports to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain safety compliance and reinforce warehouse safety procedures.
Support end-of-day responsibilities, including facility checks and security procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
Previous experience leading or supervising a small warehouse team.
Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, RF scanning, and shipping documentation.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and standard computer systems.
Ability to complete a criminal background screening.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physically active warehouse duties throughout the shift.
Clear communication skills in English.
