Business Development Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC (Remote) – travel within British Columbia required
Industry: Telematics / Fleet Management / SaaS
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 base + uncapped commission
Travel: Approximately 20% (client visits, industry events)
Our client, a national leader in telematics and a premier solutions reseller, is expanding its high-performing sales team. With new leadership and strong growth momentum, the organization is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities across the Pacific Time Zone.

What You’ll Do:

Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation through closing

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory

Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients

Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to support long-term account growth

Attend industry events, partner meetings, and client engagements

Travel up to 20% within British Columbia (kilometre reimbursement and rental coverage provided)
What You Bring:

2+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or related industries

Demonstrated success prospecting and closing new business opportunities

Experience conducting client discovery and delivering persuasive presentations

Bilingual fluency in English and French is required for one of the available roles

Strong communication, professionalism, and relationship-building skills

Self-starter mindset with an entrepreneurial approach and willingness to learn
