What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of trade documentation. This position is well-suited to someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks, and thrives in a dependable work setting.
Responsibilities
• Contact clients and agents by phone and email to obtain missing trade documentation
• Log inquiries and match incoming responses to the correct trades
• Assemble and forward completed trade packages to internal processing teams
• Return unresolved or incorrect trade packages to agents
• Track and record status updates in internal systems
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on trade deficiencies
Qualifications
• Fully bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication in both languages
• Minimum of two years of work permit eligibility remaining (if applicable)
• Detail-oriented and steady under pressure
• Able to manage high-volume workloads independently
• Comfortable with repetitive and process-driven tasks
• Not currently seeking rapid advancement or a growth-intensive path

• Salary range: $43,000 to $48,000 annually
