Bilingual Territory Manager – Industrial Products (French an Asset)

What You’ll Do
You will lead regional sales efforts, offering industrial clients tailored safety and compliance solutions. Through consultative selling and technical expertise, you will grow accounts, support distributor networks, and strengthen client partnerships across the province.
Responsibilities

Build and manage a pipeline to secure new business and grow existing accounts

Partner with distribution networks to drive regional growth

Conduct facility walkthroughs to understand safety and compliance needs

Deliver impactful product demos and technical presentations

Support and motivate distributor teams through training and collaboration

Maintain accurate data and forecasts using Salesforce

Travel throughout the territory approximately 40% to 50% of the month

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure long-term client success
Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English (French is a strong asset but not required)

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience

Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution sales is an asset

Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel overnight within the region

Strong consultative selling and technical presentation skills

Familiarity with OEM or industrial settings preferred

Experience using Salesforce and an analytical, data-driven approach
Benefits

Competitive base salary: $80,000 to $85,000 CAD

Uncapped commission structure (earn up to 50% of base)
