What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional support experience. You will troubleshoot cloud-based software solutions, guide users through configurations, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and care. Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud software, integrations, and account setup
• Support onboarding and configuration for new and existing users
• Escalate complex technical matters to internal Tier 2 or engineering teams when required
• Maintain accurate documentation within CRM and ticketing systems
• Identify recurring technical concerns and contribute feedback to improve product performance
• Assist in developing knowledge base articles and support documentation
Qualifications
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken
• 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service, ideally in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
• Solid understanding of software systems, cloud applications, and basic networking concepts
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience using CRM or ticketing platforms
• Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is an asset
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
