Our client is expanding their customer support team and is looking for a motivated Bilingual Technical Customer Support Specialist to join their growing operations group. This is a fully in-office role located in North York, Ontario, and requires strong fluency in both English and French.

Compensation range: $50,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the first line of technical support for customers using digital display and cloud-based platform solutions. You will troubleshoot issues, guide customers through solutions, and ensure a positive support experience while developing your technical expertise.

You will collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when necessary, helping maintain reliable system performance for users across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
• Provide bilingual technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot common technical issues related to cloud platforms, operating systems, and connected devices
• Diagnose problems related to network connectivity, operating system functionality, and display technologies
• Resolve level one technical issues before escalating to level two or engineering teams
• Document support interactions and technical findings clearly in internal systems
• Assist customers with setup guidance, troubleshooting steps, and platform navigation
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring or complex technical concerns

Qualifications
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or troubleshooting roles
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, network fundamentals, and computer systems
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux is an asset
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues methodically
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
