Bilingual Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager (French Required)

Our client, a globally respected retail brand, is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to join their team. This hybrid position offers the stability of a structured environment combined with the satisfaction of shaping hiring strategies across Canada. Fluency in French and English is required.

What You’ll Do
You will support and enhance full-cycle recruitment processes across both corporate and retail functions. Your work will focus on university partnerships, new graduate hiring, and store-level recruitment support. You will be a valued partner to HR teams, store leaders, and global colleagues as you contribute to long-term hiring strategies and organizational growth.

Responsibilities
• Build relationships with key Canadian universities to lead new graduate recruitment
• Manage full-cycle hiring for Store Support Centre (SSC) roles, from sourcing to onboarding
• Guide store-level recruitment strategies and consult with store leaders
• Support employer branding and recruitment planning for new store openings
• Track hiring progress and provide follow-up on new hires and exit interviews

Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
• Willingness and ability to travel to locations across ON, QC, BC, and AB
• Experience with university fairs and graduate hiring in Canada
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills and business acumen
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple hiring needs
