Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative (French and English required)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, Ontario.

What You’ll Do
As a senior member of the customer service team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both customers and internal partners. You will manage inquiries, quotations, and orders with accuracy and efficiency, while strengthening client relationships and contributing to continuous improvement.

You will also have the opportunity to expand your leadership capabilities, with the potential to step into team lead responsibilities within your first six months.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in both French and English, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Prepare and issue detailed quotations
• Accurately process and confirm customer orders
• Trace shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively
• Support customers with technical and service-related questions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service
• Step in to support team leadership responsibilities when required

Qualifications
• Fully bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service team environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking accountability for results
• Proficiency with business systems and tools such as ERP and CRM platforms, plus Microsoft Office
• Relevant engineering or technical qualification at the technologist level or higher
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment such as motors, reducers, couplings, or related components is considered an asset
• Leadership experience through professional or extracurricular activities is an asset

Compensation Range
$60,000 – $77,000 annually, commensurate with experience
