What You’ll Do
In this high-impact role, you will help drive service revenue growth by managing opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring contract accuracy and execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, field service, and operations teams to maximize retention and uncover new revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
Pipeline and Opportunity Management
• Create and manage service opportunities within Salesforce
• Identify and pursue warranty conversions and service contract renewals
• Maintain accurate and timely CRM data
• Provide insights on sales probability, emerging opportunities, and competitive trends
Service Sales Growth and Retention
• Support achievement of revenue goals through proactive service retention strategies
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with commercial and service teams to optimize revenue performance
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on strategy and execution
Quote and Contract Execution
• Close opportunities and activate service contracts
• Manage billing schedules and ensure order accuracy
• Capture complete contract details and maintain process compliance
Service Sales Operations Support
• Track and report key metrics such as attachment and renewal rates
• Support warranty management and contract adjustments
• Assist with training coordination and CRM system updates
• Manage high-volume inbox inquiries
• Contribute to special projects related to service contracts and operations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, service, or customer-facing contract roles
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in healthcare or medical device environments is an asset
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
Benefits
• Competitive base salary of $75,000 to $85,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives 24k annually (Paid out quarterly)
