BILINGUAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – Bilingual (French/English) – Excellent Base and Commission Structure – HYBRID – 2 days in office, 3 days from home – Laptop, Cell phone paid for!

SALARY: BASE – 65K + Commissions + Bonus = $75-80K Total Comp in year one (uncapped, can be higher)
Our client in the Concord area is looking for a fluently bilingual individual to provide a high level of customer service and maintain an existing group of established accounts as well as develop new accounts in a truly untapped market.
This is the perfect role for an outgoing and sales-oriented individual.
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
-70% farming 30% new business development
-Grow and develop/foster relationships with existing clients
-Phone based support and service
-Set up new quotes in the system
-Partner with inhouse customer service reps
-Some cold calling and new account development
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
-2-3 years + Inside Sales Experience
-Must be bilingual (French/English)
-Some overnight travel to Quebec and the Maritimes (not heavy a few times annually)
-Team first mentality
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
-Good knowledge of sales process out of a product based setting would be highly preferred
