Bilingual Sales & Marketing Administrator (French required)

Introduction
Are you a creative self-starter with a knack for organization and a passion for marketing? Our client is seeking a sharp, tech-savvy professional to join their team in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity where you’ll work directly with the owner of a growing tile distribution company, contributing across administration, marketing, customer support, and inside sales. French fluency is essential for success in this Montreal-based role.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a dynamic role in helping the business run efficiently and grow. Your days will be a blend of administrative support, marketing design, and customer service, with exciting potential to earn commission through inside sales. Responsibilities
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Support customer service team by processing orders and managing inbox flow
• Create marketing materials using Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Maintain and label showroom sample boards
• Manage basic website updates on WordPress
• Execute creative digital advertising campaigns with a monthly marketing budget
• Help maintain and promote an on-site liquidation showroom
• Handle basic front desk reception duties
• Drive traffic and sales from clearance inventory, earning commission on results
• Research vendors or solutions for marketing or operational needs
• Perform occasional delegated special projects

Qualifications
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Strong computer literacy and quick learning with new systems
• Basic design skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms
• Marketing experience or education is a strong asset
• Interest or experience in customer service or sales
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with WordPress, social media, and online tools
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Based in the Montreal area and available to work in-office full time (Saint-Laurent location)
