Bilingual Sales Coordinator (French required)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, managing inbound sales leads and turning them into revenue. You’ll respond by phone and email, negotiate pricing, and process orders accurately. This is a sales-focused role where your ability to convert, communicate, and close will be key.
Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Convert leads into billable sales across various product categories
• Source and quote products, even those not regularly stocked
• Perform outbound calls to generate new business
• Enter quotes and sales orders into internal systems accurately
• Ensure customer satisfaction and respond promptly to follow-ups
• Meet daily sales activity metrics, including a minimum of 20 transactions and 5 outbound calls per day
• Maintain pricing and product databases
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
Qualifications
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Strong grasp of the sales cycle and ability to explain it
• Proven sales track record with comfort working toward daily and monthly metrics
• Proficiency in email, internet tools, and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, and strong multitasking skills
• College degree in business or related field is an asset
Benefits
• Starting salary of $21/hour, increasing to $22.50/hour after 6 months
• Eligible for commissions after 90 days, with expected first-year earnings of $47,000 to $50,000
• 2 weeks of vacation plus 1 week of personal/sick time
• Performance-based year-end bonus
• Work hours 40 hours/week. 8-5 or 9-6 (once a week)- 1 hour lunch
• Open to candidates with valid Canadian work permits
