Bilingual Sales Coordinator (French Required)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to contact for incoming sales inquiries, converting leads into revenue through persuasive communication and efficient order processing. From negotiating prices to sourcing products, your sales instincts and customer focus will drive your success.
Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Convert leads into billable sales across diverse product categories
• Source and quote both standard and non-stock products
• Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business
• Accurately enter quotes and sales orders into internal systems
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns
• Achieve daily sales metrics: minimum 20 transactions and 5 outbound calls
• Maintain up-to-date product and pricing databases
• Work with internal teams to fulfill customer needs
Qualifications
• Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
• Minimum of 1 year in a sales-related role
• Understanding of the full sales cycle and ability to communicate it clearly
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and quick to learn
• Post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset
Benefits
• Starting wage of $21/hour, rising to $22.50/hour after six months
• Commission eligibility after 90 days, with first-year total earnings of $47,000 to $50,000
• Two weeks vacation plus one week of personal or sick time
• Year-end performance bonus
• Full-time hours: 40 hours per week, typically 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm with a one-hour lunch
• Open to candidates with valid Canadian work permits
