Bilingual Rental Support Coordinator
Introduction
Our client is looking for a fully bilingual (French and English) Rental Support Coordinator to join their team in Carp, ON near Ottawa. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity supporting both the Ottawa and Montreal rental operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative abilities, comfort working with numbers, and experience interacting across departments in a supportive, detail-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in supporting the Rentals department by handling invoicing, document coordination, and internal communications to ensure smooth operations between teams. With minimal phone usage and manageable workload volume, this is a stable, well-defined administrative role with long-term reliability.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage approximately 70 rental invoices monthly for Ottawa and Montreal operations
- Match pick-up tickets, fuel receipts, and re-rental costs with corresponding customer data and documentation
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure proper PO approvals are in place
- Handle invoice inquiries, escalate issues to the Rental Support Manager as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure invoice and reporting accuracy
- Use internal systems (Sirius, FNO) and Excel for data entry, processing, and documentation
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French and English) fluency required, both spoken and written
- Strong administrative background in RENTALS with comfort working with numbers and documentation
- High school diploma required, post-secondary education in finance/admin an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel); prior exposure to invoicing systems is helpful
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $60,000
- 3 weeks of vacation
