Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist
This position is responsible for managing all questions as it relates to reimbursement for customers. Excellent opportunity for someone who brings strong communication skills, interpersonal, and business savvy in finding solutions to complex situations!

Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
– Responsible for processing all orders (SAP)
– Provide direct support to the sales team in helping to resolve escalated issues
– Resolve all reimbursement issues/questions
– Handle any general product inquiries
– Develop excellent rapport with key customers to build lasting relations
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
– Fluently Bilingual (French/English) written and verbal
– 1-3 years experience, preference out medical or reimbursement
– Open to no experience (Recent graduates) with excellent interpersonal skills!
