Our client seeks a bilingual clinical lead to play a critical role in their clinical team. This position involves navigating complex clinical issues that arise during various Medical and Professional Health Evaluations, primarily focusing on rehabilitation.
Role Overview:
As a Bilingual Registered Psychotherapist, your clinical expertise will be central to overseeing and managing the evaluation process from initiation to conclusion. Reporting to the Evaluation Coordinator Team Leader, you will handle complex clinical cases, coordinate medical records, schedule appointments, facilitate telemedicine sessions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your role is pivotal in addressing intricate clinical challenges and ensuring high-quality evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review complex clinical cases that arise during evaluations
- Collect, organize, and analyze participants' medical records and reference documents
- Schedule and coordinate both telemedicine and in-person evaluation appointments
- Provide expert support to participants and evaluators for technical and logistical issues
- Oversee quality assurance reviews of evaluation reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and client KPIs/SLAs
Requirements:
- Advanced education BSWs / MSWs / Registered Psychotherapists / MA or M.Ed in Counseling Psychology / Licenced Counseling Therapists / etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex clinical issues and providing clinical oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telemedicine platforms
- Strong understanding of legislation related to Personal Health Information
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in both French and English
- Proven ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Daily Tasks:
- Oversee and securely manage client and participant records
- Coordinate and manage telemedicine and clinic appointment schedules
- Set up and manage new referrals in the database system
- Confirm and support evaluation appointments, addressing any technical issues
- Handle complex clinical scenarios and provide expert guidance
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
