We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to oversee Managed Print Services (MPS) deployments for new and existing clients. You will play a pivotal role in leading internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation of hardware, software, and services.
What You’ll Be Doing
? Leading and managing end-to-end MPS projects, ensuring smooth deployments
? Coordinating teams, managing budgets, and maintaining project timelines
? Acting as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships
? Monitoring risks, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement
? Working in a hybrid role (2 days in Markham) with occasional travel (~10%)
What We’re Looking For
? Bilingual (English & French – written and verbal fluency required)
? PMP Certification (must be completed)
? 2+ years of project management experience in Canada
? Experience with MPS, print hardware/software, or related deployments (preferred)
? Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Visio is a plus)
? Ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, and high-pressure environments
