Job Title: Bilingual Inside Sales Coordinator (French/English)
Location: Burlington, ON (100% On-Site)
Salary:$50,000 – $55,000 per year + Monthly Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with some flexibility)
Job Description:
A reputable client in the manufacturing sector is looking to hire a Bilingual Inside Sales Coordinator to support its operations and customer service delivery. This role acts as a project coordinator and dispatcher, responsible for scheduling and overseeing the installation and servicing of branded physical assets across Canada—particularly in Quebec. The ideal candidate is bilingual in French and English, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate installations and service calls with subcontractors and field agents

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners

Generate and manage purchase orders and project-related documentation

Communicate schedule changes and project updates across departments

Track project milestones, handle deficiencies, and manage follow-up work

Ensure all close-out documentation (photos, checklists, permits) is accurate and complete

Support team members during absences and participate in after-hours emergency phone rotations
What You Bring:

Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)

Experience in inside sales, dispatching, or coordinating field service operations
