We are seeking a Bilingual Program Assistant III to join our team in Ontario, Canada. As a key player in our Operations & Customer Success department, you will play a vital role in supporting both B2C and B2B/G customers through various channels such as phone, email, and online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide product quotations, process sales orders, manage estimates for out-of-warranty repairs, handle returns for warranty replacements, and process purchase orders.
- Efficiently manage inventory and logistics to achieve revenue goals.
- Engage with our reseller and channel partner network, fostering strong relationships to support growth plans and drive incremental sales volume.
- Handle shipping and receiving of devices, ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Possess a post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Demonstrate 3-5 years of relevant experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer support.
- Knowledge of accessibility and communication solutions for the disabled communities is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Sage is an asset.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills with a proven track record in customer service.
- Fluency in both English and French, both spoken and written.
