Bilingual Parts Inventory Administrator (French required)
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Salary: $55,000 annually
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (staggered starts between 7:30 and 8:30 AM)
Work Mode: Hybrid (initially in-office, then 3 days onsite and 2 days from home)

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support parts logistics and inventory control across several Canadian branches. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate ERP records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring efficient inventory processes. Your fluency in French and English will help support both internal teams and external partners effectively.
Responsibilities
• Process OEM and in-house stock orders to optimize inventory
• Administer cycle counts, track inventory variances, and manage stock adjustments
• Oversee parts returns and core inventory to ensure timely credits
• Maintain product pricing and master data in SAP
• Compile and distribute weekly KPI reports on inventory performance
• Coordinate parts logistics and compliance across multiple branches
Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in parts or inventory management
• Proficient with SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a team environment
