Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start time between 7:30–8:30 AM (based on team coordination)
Work Style: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote after training)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $55,000–$57,000 (presented at $55,000)
Vacation & Benefits: 2 weeks vacation | Benefits after 90 days
Work Eligibility: Permanent Residents and Citizens only (no work permits)
About the Role
We’re seeking a Bilingual Parts Inventory Administrator to manage and streamline parts inventory operations across multiple locations. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting parts ordering, inventory control, returns management, and ERP data accuracy. This position is ideal for someone with experience in logistics or inventory coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility role—and is fluent in both French and English.
What You’ll Do

Administer OEM and internal parts orders to optimize availability

Support cycle counts and post physical inventory results

Monitor and process returns, core management, and aging stock

Maintain accurate parts data and pricing in ERP/SAP

Generate and report weekly KPIs and operational metrics

Collaborate cross-functionally to support multi-site operations

Ensure compliance with inventory and return policies
Top 3 Requirements

French/English Bilingual (fluency in both languages required)

1+ year of inventory or parts management experience

SAP experience
