Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming calls from customers, providing quotes and processing orders
– Manage and create purchase orders for all services
– Generate reports and analysis as needed
– Monitor and respond to “shared” email inboxes
– Ensure adherence to retention policies for supporting documentation such as invoices and purchase orders
– Maintain accurate records of all materials leaving the shop
– Expedite receipt of purchase orders to streamline processing
– Collaborate with Shipper and Receiver to facilitate inventory management and provide backup during absences
– Champion the company’s operational visions, values, and goals
– Participate in training and team activities to support continuous improvement efforts
– Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or designated personnel
– Willingness to adapt to changes in responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:
– Preferred experience with JD Edwards
– Proficiency in written and verbal French
– Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
– Skilled in conflict resolution and fostering positive team relations
– High school diploma or equivalent
