Bilingual Sales Representative (French & English)

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in expanding our client’s market share by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing mid-sized to large client accounts. Working closely with internal teams, you will deliver tailored solutions that address client needs and contribute to long-term growth.
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business through proactive outreach and cold-calling
• Manage and grow existing accounts to increase sales and customer retention
• Conduct in-person visits to current and prospective clients across Eastern Ontario
• Collaborate with R&D and internal teams to customize chemical solutions
• Participate in training programs to strengthen product knowledge and sales strategy
Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or chemical sales
• Proven success in prospecting, closing deals, and presenting solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and willingness to travel
