Bilingual Transportation Load Planner (French and English required)

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in planning and optimizing outbound transportation while supporting a broader operational transformation driven by new systems and evolving leadership. This position offers hands-on responsibility, exposure to cross-functional teams, and the opportunity to grow alongside a business investing in modernization and long-term talent.
Responsibilities

Plan and optimize outbound truckloads to ensure on-time and cost-effective deliveries

Create efficient truck runs using load planning and cubing tools

Assign carriers and coordinate pickup and delivery schedules

Communicate clearly with carriers, freight partners, and customers in both French and English

Monitor past-due orders and expedite shipments when required

Track outbound shipments and provide status updates to internal teams

Maintain transportation data, accessorial charges, and spot quotes in SAP and TMS systems

Coordinate customer returns and support continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate closely with customer service, production, and distribution teams
Qualifications

Fully bilingual in French and English, verbal and written, with confidence on live calls

2 to 5 years of experience in load planning, transportation planning, or logistics coordination

Strong spatial awareness and proven ability to optimize truck utilization

Experience working with SAP, WMS, or TMS systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
Benefits

Compensation range: $50,000 to $64,000 base salary, with flexibility for strong experience

37.5-hour work week with predictable daytime hours, Monday to Friday
