DUTIES:
- Processing customer orders; speaking with patients and people in hospital for who are placing orders.
- Contract administration.
- Other administrative duties.
- Sales support.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- AS400 or Oracle experience an asset
- Lotus Notes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluently bilingual with excellent language skills in both French and English.
- 3 years minimum of Customer Service experience.
- 1 year minimum of Order Processing experience.
- University Degree in Science (or equivalent experience).
