What You’ll Do:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Facilitate and process customer orders while addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer concerns.
- Utilize CRM and order management systems to track and manage orders, updates, and service disruptions.
- Support sales representatives with customer account needs and product sample requests.
- Maintain accuracy and professionalism while managing order details and pricing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and French is required.
- Experience: Prior customer service or order management experience, ideally in the medical, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, Oracle, or similar platforms; ability to adapt to multiple software tools.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and multitasking.
- Professional Stability: A solid and consistent work history is essential.
Role Details:
- Location: Markham, ON (hybrid work schedule with initial training in-office).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40-hour work week).
- Compensation: Competitive base salary with an annual performance bonus.
