Key Role Responsibilities / Activities

Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts.

Verified financial details, updated files, and maintained the database.

Resolve all financial discrepancies.

Various administrative duties.
Required Experience / Competencies

6 months experience in customer service.

Excellent communication abilities in English and in French.

Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply as well as candidates with more experience.
