Order Management & Customer Support Specialist

We’re looking for an Order Management & Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-paced and collaborative team where your contributions drive real impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Review and Validate Orders: Accurately review customer orders and determine corporate stock numbers based on customer-provided descriptions and specifications.

Data Entry & Documentation: Input customer orders and price quotes into the internal system with high accuracy.

Returns & Logistics: Generate Return Goods Authorizations (RGA), process received orders, and coordinate shipments through our Velocity Centre.

Special Orders: Handle quotation and procurement of Industrial Specials and Outside Specials as required.

Order Monitoring: Periodically assess order status reports to identify potential issues; collaborate with Supply Chain and Purchasing teams for timely resolution.

Account Maintenance: Perform ongoing maintenance of orders including additions, deletions, and updates as requested by distributor or subsidiary customers.
What You Bring

Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies or missing information.

Experience with order processing, ERP systems, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with inventory and supply chain processes is a plus.
