Our client, one of the fastest growing international pharmaceutical companies, requires a detail-driven Bilingual Order Management Representative to join their team.
DUTIES:

Help customers with orders & logistics.

Respond to customers’ requests by phone or email regarding their orders, returns and out of stock inventory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Track and coordinate deliveries with the distribution center.
REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years of Order Management or Customer Service experience.

Excellent French and English Communication Skills (Written and Spoken).

Strong attention to detail and great problem-solving skills.
-
SAP is a great asset.
