Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Introduction
Our client is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Concord, Ontario office. This is a fully in-office role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured setting and values long-term stability. Fluency in French and English is required.

What You’ll Do
You will handle full-cycle sales order entry and serve as a critical link between internal teams and clients in the food and grocery sector. Your attention to detail and responsiveness will help ensure accurate order processing and effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities
• Enter and manage approximately 20 customer orders per day using an internal ERP system
• Coordinate order updates with the outside sales team
• Follow up with accounting on credit terms and purchasing for non-inventory items
• Manage RMAs and track open orders
• Distribute order information internally for shipping coordination
• Run daily reports to expedite and monitor open sales orders
• Maintain clear communication with internal departments

Qualifications
• Fluently bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
• 2 to 3 years of experience in order entry or customer service in a product-based environment
• Excellent data entry skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Post-secondary education required
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check post-offer

Benefits
• Salary range of $50,000 to $55,000, with up to $60,000 for highly experienced bilingual candidates
