Bilingual Case Manager (French required)

Our client is seeking a dynamic bilingual nurse to join their team as a Field Nurse Case Manager. What You’ll Do
You will be the primary contact for patients, clinics, and physicians throughout the treatment journey. As a coordination expert, you will ensure smooth and timely access to medications by navigating insurance systems and public funding programs.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the full patient journey from program enrollment to treatment
• Serve as the main liaison for physicians enrolling patients into NavieGo programs
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinics and healthcare providers
• Gather and manage all required documents for insurance and public funding
• Schedule clinic appointments and medication deliveries
• Operate independently while working closely with a national team
• Occasionally travel for clinic visits
• Work 8-4 or 9-5 with occasional 8 pm finishes for clinical needs
Qualifications
• Registered Nurse with valid provincial license
• Bilingual in French and English
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client service or healthcare reimbursement
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google tools
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
