Bilingual Mortgage Fulfillment Officer
The Mortgage Fulfillment Officer is responsible for managing the fulfillment and funding of mortgage applications. This includes collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Mortgage Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Sales) and external legal entities to ensure accurate, timely processing of mortgage files. The role focuses on the legal stage of the mortgage process, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and risk management practices.

Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver a client-focused experience.

Ensure mortgages are structured to meet client needs, funded on time, and properly registered on title.

Review documentation to satisfy conditions set by Underwriters and Mortgage Loan Officers.

Prepare legal instructions, disclosures, and other required documents for fulfillment.

Partner with legal representatives to meet closing dates and milestones.

Oversee file pipelines to maintain service level agreements and ensure timely progression through the legal stage.
