Bilingual Lease Maturity Specialist (French Required)

What You’ll Do
You will work closely with both customers and dealerships to support the lease maturity process. Your focus will be on delivering a positive end-of-lease experience, retaining loyal customers, and streamlining internal workflows.
Responsibilities
• Respond to lease maturity inquiries via phone and email
• Assist with inspection scheduling, customer intent clarification, and follow-up campaigns
• Review lease returns for wear and tear compliance and payment accuracy
• Manage and follow up on Lease Maturity Statements for excess use
• Coordinate document collection for lessee buyouts
• Support lease extensions and process adjustments with the Quality Assurance team
• Help refine and maintain lease maturity systems and processes
• Collaborate across teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
• Fully bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles
• Prior experience in leasing or the automotive sector is an asset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with frequent interruptions
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
