What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional support to customers and dealers, ensuring a smooth lease maturity process.
- Manage phone queues, emails, and campaigns to address lease maturity inquiries and customer concerns.
- Assist with lease returns, extensions, and buyout processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Support lease maturity statement distribution, review, and collections.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or leasing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
