What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop engaging learning programs, including eLearning, blended learning, and instructor-led training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create impactful learning solutions.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accessibility and functionality.
- Facilitate training webinars and workshops to enhance employee skills.
- Develop assessment tools and learning metrics to measure training effectiveness.
- Apply instructional design best practices to create job aids, video content, and micro-learning modules.
What We’re Looking For:
- Post-secondary education in Adult Learning or Instructional Design.
- 3+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning programs.
- Proficiency with learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Captivate).
- Experience managing LMS platforms and enterprise-wide training initiatives.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both small and large groups.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- CTDP certification is an asset.
