What You’ll Do
In this dual role, you’ll manage both the logistics and client communications for high-quality programs including executive retreats, sales meetings, tradeshows, and more. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, maintain client satisfaction, and ensure each event runs smoothly from planning through execution.
Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing consistent updates and support

Coordinate event logistics and project timelines from start to finish

Develop content such as website copy, mobile apps, and surveys

Manage budgets, function sheets, vendor invoices, and reconciliation processes

Conduct pre-planning meetings, assign team roles, and monitor progress

Generate accurate reports including participant tracking and financial summaries

Research and recommend event locations and vendors

Supervise third-party suppliers to ensure contractual compliance
Qualifications

3 to 4 years of experience in corporate event planning and account management

Bilingual communication skills, fluent in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Skilled in managing participant logistics and generating reports

Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and budgeting abilities
