What You’ll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
Manage event logistics from start to finish — timelines, budgets, suppliers, and on-site execution.
Collaborate with clients on event elements such as websites, mobile apps, and surveys.
Oversee registration, reporting, and post-event evaluations.
Source and negotiate with venues, partners, and suppliers.
What We’re Looking For
3–4 years of experience in event planning, project management, or account management.
A natural multitasker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
A client-focused mindset with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
