Bilingual Insurance Membership Coordinator (Hybrid)
Our client, located in Mississauga is looking for a detail oriented and bright Bilingual Membership Coordinator for their Life Insurance Team.
Great opportunity for someone looking to get out of a call centre and into a more purposed filled role with the Life Insurance industry.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Provide product information/Details for all inquires from members
- Review, coordinate, and respond to all policy holders as it relates to their Life Insurance
- Process benefits, claims, and rebates for all members
- Administer all policy changes as per written correspondence
- Accurately maintain all members policy information via the database
- Various Administrative and project based initiatives
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in Life or Health Insurance
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can work on Hybrid basis
- Excellent Bilingual skills in both French and English
