What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in supporting our client’s Installation Manager and department, helping to coordinate a wide range of activities that ensure smooth project execution across Canada. From installer scheduling to Smartsheet integration and safety tracking, this role blends field coordination with hands-on administrative tasks.
Responsibilities

Assist in developing and refining installation procedures and protocols

Schedule and coordinate new store builds and remodels

Communicate with subcontractors and organize project-specific trades

Arrange travel and accommodations for installation crews

Provide onsite follow-up when required

Support the adoption and maintenance of Smartsheet project tracking

Contribute to the training of new installer team members

Compile and submit end-of-job reports

Ensure installer safety certifications are current

Assist with QuickBooks entries and invoicing tasks

Monitor inventory and shop supply/tool usage

Collaborate with logistics and market managers

Track equipment returns and deficiency reports

Monitor job profitability and minimize installer downtime
Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

Organized and reliable with strong communication skills

Comfortable with field coordination and administrative tasks

Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar systems is an asset
