Our client is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to support their technical product sales team. What You’ll Do
You will be the go-to contact for customer inquiries, focusing on order support, technical guidance, and service excellence. Your role ensures customers receive timely information, product support, and seamless order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound calls for product and pricing information
• Process orders, provide delivery updates, and coordinate with internal teams
• Prepare quotes and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Deliver both technical and non-technical product support
• Maintain accurate order entry and documentation
• Engage in hands-on training and development opportunities
Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
• 1 to 2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude or technical interest required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Proficient with computers and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• High school diploma required, post-secondary education preferred
