About the Role:
Hybrid 3 Days In Office 2 Days home
SALARY: $60K – (65K after 3 months) + roughly 20% commission (paid out Quarterly) Capped and Adjusted Annually. Bonus Paid out in January.
JOB HOURS: M-F 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
VACATION & BENEFITS: Extended Health Benefits after 3 months. Onsite Gym. RRSP Match 6% after 1 year. 2 weeks vacation , Onsite Parking, plus 6 paid sick days. EAP Program.
As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional service to support the company’s sales objectives. You’ll play a critical role in managing customer orders, resolving service issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to promote business and support sales objectives.
- Process customer orders through internal software systems and ensure timely resolution of any service-related issues.
- Keep customer information updated in the internal CRM system and provide management with insights on market trends and customer-specific information.
- Ensure pricing and sales goals are current and accurately reflected for customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service by meeting and exceeding expectations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Attend trade events and assist fellow employees with other tasks to meet company objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Canadian French (both written and verbal) is a must.
- 2-3 years of proven sales and/or customer service experience.
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other business software applications.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits and trade events.
