Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administration for critical employee transactions and maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now.
- Prepare and proof documents, employee communications, and announcements with attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to general inquiries and supporting the Talent team in various administrative functions.
- Coordinate with external providers, manage onboarding processes, and oversee benefits enrollment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A post-secondary degree or certificate, with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
