Hybrid – Brampton Area

In Office first 3 months then hybrid (3 in office Mon/Tue/Wed and 2 at home Thur/Fri)

Salary: $125k – $145k + 12% bonus (company/personal)

JOB HOURS: 8:30am – 5:00pm

VACATION & BENEFITS: 15 vacation days + 2 sick days + 3 paid year end shutdown days (between Christmas and New Years) + summer vacation hours for 2024 (half day Fridays every other week) + benefits starting day 1 + RRSP matching 7.5%

TOP:  
1) French Bilingual 
2) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources – Master’s degree preferred.
3) 5+ Years HR Management Experience 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new team members in the department. Oversees the daily workflow of the department (7 employees). Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, payroll, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
