Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR specialist, providing expert guidance on employee and labour relations, policies, and compliance.
- Draft employment documents, including offer letters and disciplinary communications, ensuring alignment with legal and policy requirements.
- Support recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent.
- Oversee benefit administration, enrollment, and updates for group programs.
- Maintain and manage HR/Payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- 2+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a multi-location or unionized setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Solid time management abilities and attention to detail for managing projects and deadlines.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related discipline; CHRP/CHRL certification is an asset.
