What You’ll Do
You will design and coordinate customized group travel programs for international tour operators. From initial inquiry to finalized proposal, you will play a key role in shaping memorable travel experiences while driving sales success.

Responsibilities
• Connect with international tour operator clients to understand and confirm group travel requests
• Research destinations and build detailed, creative itineraries
• Prepare accurate quotations using internal systems
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals, including pricing estimates
• Communicate with clients by phone and email to follow up on proposals and advance sales
• Liaise with suppliers regarding availability, rates, and booking policies
• Adjust programs and pricing strategies to support successful closings
• Collaborate closely with buying and operations teams to ensure seamless file transitions
• Ensure compliance with supplier terms and prepare group booking agreements
• Finalize and organize files for operational handoff

Qualifications
• Education in tourism or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the tourism industry
• Strong knowledge of Canadian and USA travel destinations
• Fluency in Spanish and or Portuguese, written and spoken
• Additional language skills such as French, Italian, German, or Dutch are an asset
• Strong computer proficiency, including Word and Excel
• Excellent mathematical and pricing skills
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment

What You’ll Do
Vous concevrez et coordonnerez des programmes de voyage de groupe personnalisés pour des voyagistes internationaux. De la demande initiale à la proposition finale, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la création d’expériences mémorables tout en contribuant activement au succès des ventes.

Responsibilities
• Communiquer avec des voyagistes internationaux afin de comprendre et confirmer les demandes de groupes
• Rechercher des destinations et élaborer des itinéraires détaillés et créatifs
• Préparer des soumissions précises à l’aide des systèmes internes
• Rédiger et présenter des propositions de vente complètes, incluant les estimations de prix
• Assurer le suivi des propositions par téléphone et par courriel afin de faire progresser les ventes
• Communiquer avec les fournisseurs concernant les disponibilités, les tarifs et les politiques de réservation
• Ajuster les programmes et les stratégies tarifaires afin de conclure les ventes
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des achats et des opérations pour assurer une transition fluide des dossiers
• Veiller au respect des conditions des fournisseurs et préparer les ententes de réservation de groupe
• Finaliser et organiser les dossiers en vue de leur transfert aux opérations

Qualifications
• Formation en tourisme ou dans un domaine connexe
• 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie touristique
• Excellente connaissance des destinations au Canada et aux États-Unis
• Maîtrise de l’espagnol et ou du portugais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
• La connaissance d’une troisième langue comme le français, l’italien, l’allemand ou le néerlandais constitue un atout
• Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Word et Excel
• Solides compétences en calcul et en tarification
• Sens de l’organisation exceptionnel, souci du détail et capacité à respecter des échéanciers serrés
