TOP 3:
1) French Bilingual with Strong English
2) 2+ Years Fulfillment Mortgage experience in the private mortgage market
3) Expertise with A, B and Private Lending A MUST) – Trust Company Experience a Plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Familiarity with mortgage process documents, i.e. Mortgage Statements, Purchase & Sale Agreement, T4A, T1, NOAs, Tax Bill, and Insurance Policy documents. Experience with MS Word, Excel, Adobe Professional, Email, Windows File Manager required. Job requires you have a reliable Internet connection, laptop/desktop and telephone with Canada wide calling. Review documentation for compliance with file-specific conditions and company policies. Identify escalation items and work in conjunction with the Underwriter or Manager to resolve them.
