Job Description

Are you detail-oriented when it comes to finances? Do you quickly grasp strategies and apply them effectively? Are you fluent in both French and English? If so, we’d love to speak with you about the Bilingual Finance Analyst role.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining system setups that drive General Purchasing Organization (GPO) client incentive payments. This role is 80% administrative and 20% analytical, requiring a self-directed professional who seeks to enhance processes and improve efficiencies.

Your responsibilities will include system maintenance, cross-functional collaboration, sales support, and process improvements, all while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•          System Maintenance: Create, validate, and manage system setups to drive client incentive calculations and payments while ensuring accuracy.

•          Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather and validate relevant information for client incentive administration.

•          Sales Support: Provide timely responses and recommendations to the sales team for new business and retention opportunities.

•          Process Improvement: Assess existing processes and propose iterative improvements through system enhancements.

•          Analytics Support: Assist with financial and performance reporting to support GPO business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

•          Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or Engineering (preferred).

•          1-3 years of analyst experience in business operations or financial support.

•          Bilingual in English & French (required).

•          Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

•          Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to develop reports and analyze data.

•          Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.

•          Proactive and results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment

•          Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office (Mississauga, ON) and 2 days remote.
