Bilingual Field Service Technician (French Required) – Florenceville or Woodstock, NB

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Field Service Technician fluent in French and English to join their expanding team in the Florenceville or Woodstock region of New Brunswick. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate training and onboarding support, perfect for someone who thrives outside the typical office setting.
What You’ll Do
You’ll travel daily to customer sites across your assigned territory to service and repair commercial printers and office equipment. Your day starts from home and includes troubleshooting, maintenance, and client education. You’ll play a key role in upholding the service standards our client is known for.
Responsibilities
• Visit customer locations to repair and maintain printers and related equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades
• Provide basic training to customers on proper equipment usage
• Maintain accurate service records and manage a small inventory of parts
• Deliver exceptional service and build trusted client relationships
• Resolve service calls independently and document activities thoroughly
Qualifications
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Residing in or near Florenceville or Woodstock, NB
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable with daily regional travel and occasional overnight stays
• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
• Confident using tools and solving hardware-related issues
• Able to lift up to 23 kg
• Experience with printer repair, field service, or technical certifications is an asset
