Bilingual Service Coordinator (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will coordinate service operations, manage field schedules, and act as a liaison between internal teams and external customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to timely communication will help keep all service activities running smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Schedule and coordinate all service visits and field technician activities
• Prepare and send service tools and parts for site visits
• Record service details and ensure customers receive timely information
• Process orders for spare parts, tools, and consumables
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Provide reports and administrative support to the Service Manager and Supervisor
• Participate in service team meetings
• Promote adherence to safety procedures and protocols
• Help facilitate internal training sessions
• Offer suggestions for continuous improvement where applicable
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination or scheduling
• College diploma in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with SAP is an asset
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a structured team setting
