As our Bilingual Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling all service activities to ensure timely completion.
- Ensuring accurate technical details are communicated to customers and recorded.
- Preparing and arranging the necessary tools and parts for site visits.
- Collaborating with the Tools Manager for efficient tools planning.
- Processing orders for spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Providing proactive follow-up with customers regarding service calls.
- Participating in service meetings as necessary.
- Facilitating any required training within the field service department.
- Preparing various reports for the Service Manager or Service Supervisor.
- Following established procedures and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Keeping key stakeholders informed about service activities.
- Playing an active role in our safety program and adhering to policies.
- Providing valuable input on value-added services, projects, or tools.
- Handling any other duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of coordination and/or scheduling experience required.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SAP is considered an asset.
- Bilingual fluency in French is essential for effective communication with our diverse clientele.
