The Role:
- As a Disability Case Manager specializing in LTD and STD cases, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through challenging times. Your responsibilities will include:Managing a caseload of long-term disability (LTD) and short-term disability (STD) claims
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and gathering medical evidence
- Developing and implementing return-to-work plans in collaboration with clients, employers, and healthcare providers
- Ensuring accurate and timely adjudication of claims
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and French
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in disability case management, preferably with LTD/STD focus
- Excellent bilingual skills in English and French (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and claims management software
