Bilingual Dental Service Administrator

What You’ll Do
You will be part of a close-knit team handling essential administrative functions tied to dental benefits and service delivery. Your ability to manage high volumes of information, communicate clearly, and stay organized will be key to ensuring client satisfaction and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
• Provide internal and external customer service
• Investigate and resolve administrative inquiries
• Manage client and member databases
• Monitor and respond to department email inboxes
• Open and close employer files
• Generate and manage periodic reports
• Support with electronic hours transfer and related documentation
• Apply plan terms, contracts, collective agreements, and pricing
• Follow procedures related to contribution control
• Participate in meetings and contribute to special projects
• Perform various other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with iSeries/AS400 systems or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing high workloads and shifting priorities
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to occasionally work overtime
• Open to ongoing training and development
Benefits
• $23.59 per hour
• 35-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
